Hassani Turner

Customer Service is a delicate blend of art and science. Hassani is on our science team. She dreams in algorithms…really. Hassani has worked extensively in technology strategy for American Express’ Digital Capabilities Team where she managed the transformation of merchant data and the implementation of the Company’s enterprise wide location based service capability, a technical breakthrough for AMEX which earned her the Chairman’s Innovation Award. Hassani's love for data analytics and consumer behavior grew while she was a brand and marketing strategist for Translation, a marketing agency owned by Jay Z.  She worked on the McDonald's and Bing Accounts and created an algorithm which showed the positive impact of celebrity partnerships on established brands. While completing her MBA, Hassani was a consultant for PepsiCo in their Global Health Division where she traveled to Rome (World Food Program) and Paris (UNICEF) to identify the market opportunity to address hunger and malnutrition in developing countries.

Not only does Hassani have extensive data analytics and marketing experience, she also has a finance background.  Prior to her MBA, she worked as a private equity investment banking analyst at Cowen and Company where she assisted in the close of over ten financial transactions with over $150M raised.

Hassani has a degree in Economics and Government from Smith College and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. Hassani lives in Brooklyn with her  spunky Yorkshire Terrier Lola.
