I ordered a shirt from Zulily (discount clothing site - they are upfront about how things work, can take several weeks to get items, but for the patient bargain hunter there are deals to be had). After the several week wait, my package arrived, however there was a completely different shirt inside. Nothing remotely like what I had ordered. Disappointed, I sent off an email to customer service to see what hoops I would have to go through to return it and get credit. Their very quick response was to apologize for their mistake. They then told me to keep the shirt or give it away, no need to return since they don't actually stock the items sold - they would be refunding my purchase in full and in addition, giving me a $10 credit toward future purchase for my trouble! All of the above was done immediately without hassle! In my opinion, handled extremely well.
